This morning, after breakfast, you will continue your journey towards Jodhpur. On the way, you will make a stop at the holy city of Pushkar to visit the famous Brahma Temple. One of the oldest existing cities of India, Pushkar lies on the shores of holy Pushkar Lake. On arrival in Jodhpur, get transferred to the hotel for check-in and freshen-up. Jodhpur is a popular tourist destination, featuring many palaces, forts, and temples, set in the stark landscape of the Thar Desert. The remaining day is leisure for you. Stay overnight in Jodhpur.
In the morning, get ready to proceed for Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. The grand fort is the most impressive and formidable fort adorning the land of Rajasthan. From the fort, capture stunning views of the Blue City and admire the fine art. In Jaswant Thada, there’s a 19th-century royal cenotaph built in the memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II, the 33rd Rathore ruler of Jodhpur. Near to this are the royal crematorium and three other cenotaphs. Later, visit Mandore Gardens, Kaylana Lake, Clock Tower, and Umaid Bhawan Palace. After breakfast, you will be driven from Jodhpur to Udaipur. En-route halt at Ranakpur Jain Temples - an exceptionally beautiful religious temple adorned with fine carvings and impressive architecture. Arrive in Udaipur and get transfer to the hotel for relaxing. In the evening, enjoy shopping in colorful market streets and boating in Lake Pichola. The night stay in Udaipur.
On the 6th day, you will proceed for a tour of the City Palace Udaipur overlooking Lake Pichola. The City Palace was built in 1725 of granite and marble with filigreed balconies, ornate windows, and craftsmanship in glass. Next, visit the Bagore ki Haveli, Jag Mandir, and Jagdish Temple. Also, visit the Saheliyon ki Bari or Garden of the Maids. The gardens below the embankment of the Fateh Sagar Lake have beautiful lotus pools. The rest of the day is at leisure.
